Rediscovering Conscious Energy (Part 3) - The Neural Blueprint: How Thoughts Become Habits
Rediscovering Conscious Energy-The Neural Blueprint: How Thoughts Become
Habits
Many readers ask how abstract thoughts can have such a powerful grip on
our physical reality. The answer lies in the incredible biology of the human
brain—a complex center containing billions of neurons that communicate through
electrical pulses .
The Birth of the False Identity
Every stimulus from our environment—be it light, sound, or
touch—initiates a response within us. These responses manifest as emotions like
fear, anxiety, or hunger. Over time, we begin to say, "These are my
emotions," and we identify with them so strongly that they form our ego—a
false identity created by the mind . This ego then takes control, directing our
body to act according to its own limited script.
The Biology of Compulsion
Every cell in our body is designed to extract information from its
environment and react. These reactions are the biological seeds of our desires
and urges.
- The First Strand: When you think about a specific subject, your
motor neurons form a connection, like a single thread or
"strand" .
- The Bundle: The more you dwell on that same thought, the
more strands are added.
- The Habit: Eventually, these strands form a thick, powerful
bundle of neurons.
This is how a pure, singular thought evolves through compulsive thinking
into a desire, and finally, into a hardened habit.
The Trap of Addiction
When these neural bundles become sufficiently thick and reinforced
through constant repetition, they lead to addictions. In biological terms, an
addiction is simply a compulsive neural habit that has hijacked the mind’s
original purpose . To break free, we must separate ourselves from this false
identity and recognize that these neural "bundles" are not who we
truly are .

I agree that your thought is influenced by your ego (self prejudices) and hence it transforms into something different, but I believe that is where the power of spirituality that you are saying comes into effect where one can separate their identity from their thoughts. Good writing Uncle, do keep writing more. Sometimes I feel the thoughts and learnings on spirituality are too big for my mind to take in, I think I don't have any form of Spirituality focus within me currently, maybe I have never given enough food to this thought. But I do respect your thoughts and writing. Wish to read more. Someday I am sure I too will start giving wake to my soul. But for now, I think I like to be worldly, and think it takes a lot of willpower and strength to go where you are showing, hope to gather all these powers enough to start the walk
